He addresses form, pushes you hard and wires up the program in order to work towards your goal. I particularly like his focus on functional training and mobility. I have a tendency to get bored with repetitive exercises and one of my requests was to keep the program interesting to keep me going, which he gladly adhered to.
We’re still working towards my handstand/calisthenics goal and it’s wonderful that he can also actually do the things he’s training you for! I’ve worked with two personal trainers in the other cities and hands down Tom is one of the best in business.'

“I have been weight training with Tom Bold for the last 14 months. The benefits I have noticed have been extraordinary. One unexpected surprise is my back pain of 25+ years that I lived with daily is now barely noticeable. Previously I had countless treatments to help my back. Little did I know that strengthening the muscles, joints, ligaments and bones around my back would help so much. No longer do I miss days of work due to unbearable pain. It has also been such a confidence booster to get so much stronger and more toned, to lose fat and gain muscle.
I had previously done years of pilates and yoga which while felt wonderful, but did nothing to help my back and often eventide it worse. Now I know weight lifting is something I will do for the rest of my life to keep me out of pain and also keep me strong. Working out with Tom is such a gift.
