If it’s a good fit, I create a personalized training program inside Everfit based on your needs: equipment, experience, time availability, and priorities.
Step 3 — Train With Support
You log your workouts, send form videos, ask questions, and stay connected through the app. If you're on the Premium tier, we meet bi-weekly to review progress and adjust direction.
Step 4 — Refine and Progress
Each month we review what's working, update goals, and adjust the plan so you keep moving forward instead of plateauing or restarting.
