We talk through your goals, training history, schedule, injuries, lifestyle, and what you’re trying to build. No pressure — just clarity.

Step 2 — Build Your Plan
If it’s a good fit, I create a personalized training program inside Everfit based on your needs: equipment, experience, time availability, and priorities.

Step 3 — Train With Support
You log your workouts, send form videos, ask questions, and stay connected through the app. If you're on the Premium tier, we meet bi-weekly to review progress and adjust direction.

Step 4 — Refine and Progress
Each month we review what's working, update goals, and adjust the plan so you keep moving forward instead of plateauing or restarting.

  • No - the program is built around what you have. If you train in a commercial gym, great. If you’ve got a garage setup, kettlebells, or a few dumbbells at home, we’ll program intelligently around your reality.

  • Most clients train 2–5 days per week with sessions lasting 45–60 minutes. If time is tight, we can adjust volume and structure while still driving progress.

  • It’s a simple conversation - not a pitch. We talk goals, training history, lifestyle, and what you’re trying to build. If it’s a fit, we move forward. If not, you’ll still leave with clarity on your next steps.

  • Yes. You’re not locked into a tier. If you want more direct support or need to dial things back, you can switch at any time.
