My Story

A few years ago, I was stuck. I was working as a personal trainer, but my own body was breaking down.

I was exhausted, numb, and disconnected from my own potential. I was excellent at helping my clients but I didn’t have a system for myself.

So I built one.

Not a challenge. Not a quick fix. A repeatable framework built around real life - family, work, stress, injury, and identity.

Now, with 20 years of experience, I help others do the same.
